Job Details for: Account Handler - Small Business (Kent)
1. To provide a proactive and responsive service to clients
2. To produce accurate and timely documents for all aspects of insurance needs
3. To advise clients with a view to achieving a successful renewal, up sell and identify cross sales for clients
4. To broke new and existing insurance client’s to insurers and negotiate terms
5. To keep accurate and client records and files at all times
6. To build good working relationships with the clients
7. To follow Group and Divisional processes and policies
8. To work within FSAs rules and guidance as interpreted by the Groups compliance policies and processes, particularly the policy on Treating Customers Fairly
9. To identify gaps, up selling and cross selling opportunities and act on these
10. To credit control in accordance with divisional requirements
11. To maintain own competence
