Job Details for: Client Manager (Kent)
Client Manager – this is a varied and interesting role where the successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to manage a small team.
You will be ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent). As a Client Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients and managing the smooth running of medium-sized practice.
Some of the duties include:
- To take a lead role in the development of the systems and processes required to professionally deliver the firm’s range of services to its clients.
- Review budgets and time cost for clients to assess and monitor profitability and achieve monthly targets.
- Manage assigned clients and any new clients as and when secured.
- Manage HMRC enquiries from clients that are assigned by the Senior Partner and liaise with the Tax Manager to deliver effective solutions.
- Agree fees for Accounts/Tax/Value Added Work with clients.
- Present Accounts/Tax/Value Added work and other projects completed by the Production Departments or Business Advisory Department.
You will have an extensive background in accountancy practice, be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. The post-holder will be directly accountable to the Managing Partners.
