Accounts Manager
The successful candidate must be ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent). You will be required to manage the Accounts Department (responsible for e.g. bookkeeping, accounts, VAT work). You will be expected to have extensive experience of dealing with clients from various industries and associated matters that arise with such clients such as incomplete records.
Some of the main duties include:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of delivering Accounting services to clients.
- Determine appropriate budgets for work and allocate work to appropriate team members.
- Achieve monthly billing targets.
- Ensure ACCA standards are adhered to by all work completed by Accounts Department.
- Guide and develop Accounts team (including performing appraisals) so that team members consistently aspire to achieve high standards and progress within the firm.
Self-starter
Possess considerable understanding of people and process management within the accounting profession
Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to prepare reports, divisional process and system manuals
