Job Details for: General Sales Manager (Kent)
Our client requires a General Sales Manager to manage a sales team to maximise the sales revenues, including tribute nights, Christmas parties, Weddings etc. You will be required to create new revenue streams in line with company budgets, generate new ideas and bring new customers to the business, grow the overall revenue line of the business through targeting the teams to deliver increased output and sales performance.
Essential skills/requirements:
Good presenter
Able to communicate effectively
Understanding of how the conference & events market operates
Essential:
Previous experience as a successful senior sales person
Previous experience in sales management
People management skills
Creative ideas person
Computer skills, use of office and internet
Driving licence
Desirable:
Conferencing experience
Knowledge of Kent market place
