Job Description:
You must have previous experience in similar role and some previous experience of organising marketing campaigns. Ideally you will also have experience of training staff.
The main functions of the Call Centre are to take customer bookings, follow up on customer satisfaction and contact customers with marketing offers. The successful candidate will be running the Group Call Centre from an office in Canterbury. Duties include training, monitoring and managing a team of 7 operators.
