Experience with Server 2003, 2008, Exchange 2003, 2007, Small Business Server, Active directory, DNS, Group Policy, SharePoint, XP Pro and Windows 7
Experience with Cisco Router technologies Including VPN, Firewalls, WAN’s
Knowledge of Citrix Applications, Xenapp. Symantec Backup Software, Virtualization solutions.
Duties include:
Job Description
• Configuring new equipment prior to, and during installation
• Troubleshooting problems with customers equipment via the phone, remotely and in person on site
• Detailed documentation of all work carried out
• Providing Technical solutions to customer’s requirements
• Ensuring that customer equipment is running efficiently and securely
• System monitoring and config changes.
