Job Details for: Commercial Account Handler (Kent)
Experienced Insurance Commercial Account Handler/broker required for busy office in the Sevenoaks area.
Essential Requirements:
Must have an Insurance broker background
Experience working within Commercial Insurance
The ability to deal with customer enquiries regarding new business, renewals and adjustments
A good understanding of commercial insurance products and procedures
The determination to offer customers a consistently exceptional service
The desire to become part of a highly successful team with the ability to utilise your initiative to the maximum
An excellent telephone manner, great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet daily deadlines within a busy customer service environment
If you have not yet achieved your CERT CII you will be fully supported in your studies.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and in addition you will be entitled to a generous range of flexible benefits.
