Job Details for: Sales Account Executive (Kent)
The primary role of the position is supporting the Business Unit, ensuring it works efficiently and precisely. Attention to detail and responsiveness to customers, both internal and external, which are factors that are key to the success of the business unit.
Supporting is an open ended role- supporting team members and providing cover to ensure business critical jobs are carried out, supporting the Business unit manager via analysis and adhoc.
· Continue to maintain and develop relationship, both with Administrator, Trading Manager and Depot.
o Develop analysis of sales to further build on growth.
· To maintain current sales databases, ensuring daily and weekly data is imported in a timely fashion and checked for errors.
· To maintain working spreadsheets :
o Production of the daily EPOS sales tracker
o Production of the EPOS sales weekly performance reports
o Production of the EPOS sales monthly reports for the Category
o Incorporating market performance and promotional activity
o Production of the daily promotional tracker, and maintaining the promotional forecast.
o Production of the EPOS sales promotional reports, generating summaries and recommendations.
o Maintenance of the retail prices report for Waitrose.
o Production of the internal invoiced weekly sales report
o Production of the Business Units RAG reports and specific reports on an adhoc basis.
· Management of the customer complaints database and working closely with the technical team to ensure all consumer issues, complaints and rejections are responded to within timescales.
· Programmes – Maintaining and predicting the 12 month programme files
o Taking into account range space changes, promotions, seasonal factors
· Generation of Business Unit Budget and Forecasts, based on guidance from Business Unit Manager.
· Administrate the company website. Ensure the news items are updated every six weeks, whether written by self, or by asking another to write an article.
o Also ensure that CSR page is also up to date.
o Liaise with Fine Design when maintenance/upgrades required.
· Management of specific projects as requested by the line manager.
· Covering Sales administration role – Price cubes, Forecasting, BOMS, Packing specifications etc.
