Job Description:
Sales Manager required – Responsible for running a sales team for main dealer site selling new, used and commercial vehicles.
Essential requirements:
Previous sales management experience within a similar role
Motor industry background
Main dealer experience
Previous experience working with a volume franchise
FSA accreditation
Man management (dealing with staff conflict issues)
Able to provide a proven successful track record.
Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm with one day off in week in lieu of Saturday working
