Job Details for: Executive Team Leader (Kent)

A global manufacturer working in partnership with the largest consumer brands are looking for an Executive Team Leader. They deploy leading-edge technologies to provide customers with innovative and secure solutions.

They currently have an exciting full-time opportunity based at their Ashford site.
The main duties will include:

• Leading a team of Account Executives, providing management, support and mentoring
• Ensuring all new and existing business is managed to very high standards
• Supporting and working closely with the External Sales team
• Maximising the potential within existing customer base, producing monthly performance reports, and other related duties.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with previous experience working at a high level in an internal Sales role. You will have experience of leading a team and ideally have people management experience. It is essential to have excellent written, communication and presentation skills and a proven track record of managing large commercial Customer Accounts. It would be a significant advantage if you had experience working in the print packaging industry. This is a challenging and rewarding role working for a professional and progressive company.
