Job Details for: Sales & Commercial Manager (Kent)

Experienced Sales Manager required to help evolve, develop and implement a holistic sales strategy from an internal and external perspective.

Our client feels this role would suit someone who has worked within the Estate Agency, Recruitment or Media industry.  The scope of this role could be vast but would be dependent on the attitude, aptitude and approach of the successful candidate.

It is essential that you have excellent Sales experience based importantly on strategic, structural, technical and organisational sales technique. This must be backed with excellent communication skills for telephone and face to face contact. You will be responsible for managing the internal and external sales staff so strong management skills are imperative.

You must be highly presentable and professional with a flexible approach to daily tasks as well as the ability to be self motivated and target drive. Excellent time management skills are also essential. Candidates would need to be conversant in MSOffice applications.

The role will be based in Sidcup but you will be expected to drive to appointments as and when necessary so a clean driving licence and access to a car is required.
